Sharing My World 2015 Week 24

Here is this week’s Share Your World, hosted by Cee over at her photography blog.

What’s your favourite charitable cause and why?
Me! No, only joking. I give to different charities across wildlife and health. If I had to choose just one, I would probably keep giving to Macmillan Cancer Support. They provide support, advice and nurses to help you out. But they can’t help everybody and not for very long because they need money, so that’s the one I would choose.

What colour do you feel most comfortable wearing?
Black and dark blue.

If you had your own talk show, who would your first three guests be? (guest can be dead, alive, famous or someone you just know)
Adrian Edmondson. Comedian, comedy actor (The Young Ones, Blackadder). I’ve also seen him on a couple of more factual shows and he seems like a really nice guy.

Sir Terry Pratchett. Author extraordinaire.

Scarlett Johannsson. Because, Scarlett Johannsson.

List:  What are at least five places you’ve enjoyed visiting?

      They are very lovely places.
Pratchett was a genius, I reckon.
“Black Widow” rocks! Your seventh graders have great taste 🙂 That sounds like a fun assignment.

We enjoyed it! But confessions: I had no idea who ‘she’ was. One of the guys stayed after class to google her on his phone for me. Age causes all things to change?

I would never have recognised her myself if I hadn’t seen the Avengers films!

I completely agree with you about Macmillan Cancer Support, who need as much financial help as they can get. All your photos are wonderful – beautiful scenery, and all but one in your lovely Cornwall. As for Terry Pratchett … he was one of the greatest. I’d probably give Scarlett Johannsson a miss, though. 🙂

There’s lots of beautiful scenery to be found around these here parts.
Ms Johannsson is fully booked up coming on my talk show anyway 🙂

They do a great job, the only problem is that they don’t have the money to be able to help any one person nurse-wise for more than a week or so.
I’m glad you liked the photos 🙂
