Yes, folks, it’s that time of year again. Time for Evil Squirrel’s Annual Contest of Whatever!
This year the talented folks at DraliDoodlesTM have got a little pen to draw on their Surface Pro, and unfortunately they’re not afraid to use it. So they’ve used it exclusively.
No complicated rules like “it has to include two possums, a priest, a dinosaur and the Titanic” this year. The theme is simply “Murphy’s Law” (anything that can go wrong, will go wrong).

Bulger and chips. Toasted bulger with cheese and onions? I think the only thing I’ve used bulger for is to make homemade whole wheat bread crunchy.
Why not though? We use kale of everything, so why not bulger? Let’s make EVERYTHING taste like cardboard. And with a side of Murphy’s Special slaw? Yum!

Oops, that’s my handwriting. It’s supposed to be “burger” and chips. Which sounds a lot tastier than “bulgur” (which I had to Google) and chips 🙂

Aw, poor guy! Looks like even the inventor of Murphy’s Slaw isn’t immune to Murphy’s Law. A twist, some blood, and those beautifully handcrafted Dralidoodles. What more could I ask for in a contest entry? Thanks for playing the CoW this year and every year!

Awww, poor Murphy, to be blamed for so many bad days and unfortunate incidents when he only wanted to give the world something to go with burgers and chips. I love the DraliDoodles!

Great artwork…….I almost could feel that weight dropping on my poor old head – not that anyone would notice! Good job – this is Murphy’s Law at it’s most painful!

I’m glad you enjoyed the artwork! It looked like a proper graphic novel in my head but I think the missing ingredient between imagination and execution is “talent” hee 🙂
