Weekly Photo Challenge – Carefree
Weekly Photo Challenge – Carefree
On a recent holiday to Wales I visited Coed y Brenin forest park. After walking for a while I sat under the tree you can see on the far left of the photo.
For the first time in years my mind just emptied as I watched the water flow past – for the first time in years I felt completely carefree.

Lovely photo to capture your carefree moment! Sitting in a quiet spot out in nature while watching flowing water is very soothing and calming.

It certainly is. My mind is usually racing – I can’t sit still and do nothing but sitting there watching the water, half an hour just slipped past.

I’m thinking I should have holidays more often than once every 5 years. It really did me good!

It is a lovely place to let your thoughts float away with the water

It is, it was so relaxing there and because I was on holiday I knew I could just sit there and not have to worry about anything.

It certainly is. There was hardly anyone else around either so the only sound was the water 🙂

It was very relaxing. I wasn’t quite so relaxed when I finally got up to go and realised I was sitting only a few centimetres from a sheer drop, but still.
