Jenna looked at the new arrival.

“He? Who’s he? Where am I? What’s going…”

“Shush!” whispered the new arrival. “Time to talk later. We need to get out of the open.”

“But…” began Jenna, but the woman was already moving off. Jenna followed, picking at the sliver tattoo.

“Leave it alone!” snapped the woman, glancing back. “You don’t want to mess with that, trust me!”

But could Jenna trust this woman? She had no real choice, she guessed. At least she seemed to have an idea as to what was going on. Determining to keep her wits about her, she followed.

I’m thinking maybe your head blows off or something 🙂 .
Can’t wait to find out, I reckon they’re central to this whole thing.

Glad you picked up the tattoo thread and deepened the mystery about it. Now I’m wondering what happens when you mess with it!

I reckon it’s the key to the whole thing, so messing with it could be “bad” 😦

Yeah, I suspect you don’t want to mess with it, or else you don’t go home. Damage the circuitry and the control signal can’t find you any longer. Makes a lot of sense. I think this bit needed to be said because it gives the tattoo greater significance. Great job!

I reckon the tattoo would make a great key to the whole thing so I wanted to fix it in everyone’s mind!

It’s firmly in mine I can tell you. It probably uses nanotech. So it would appear like a tattoo, but contains computer and signalling circuitry. (even in the real world you can buy paint, right now, that functions like a solar panel!)

I was surprised myself at how quickly it has progressed. We only get 30 episodes maximum I suppose!

oooh. I wonder if it releases a who flood of scabies out. Or if it is a barcode.

More than likely a tracking device. I wonder if she will find clothes, or if we still have to picture this woman walking around naked. I mean, I’m no pervert or anything. Well, no more than the next person 😉
