Daily Post Weekly Photo Challenge – Room
This week’s photo challenge is “Room”. I thought I’d share before, during and after shots of my bedroom as I moved in.
Lazy boy that I am, it took me weeks to put the bed back together 🙂

Still a few job to do, but there always will be, I guess! I’ll put some stuff in the loft next week and then it will look much neater 🙂

It must be a great relief to finally have your new place looking like home 🙂

I like the green walls!
I am used to couch sleeping, so my priority when buying my last one was being able to stretch out on it. 🙂

Mine is only a two-seater so it was a bit cramped 🙂

Just a few odd jobs to do now, nothing major.

Good to see you had separate boxes for your medium and large items! 😉

There was also “small”. All very handy! Of course some of the large boxes had lots of little things inside 😉 I did remember to write what was in them, though, which is pretty organised for me.

It is said that any carton that you don’t unpack within the first 3 weeks after moving you will not open for the next 30 years. I believe that is true. I have boxes that I’ve moved through three houses — still unopened. Now I’m afraid. Who knows what’s in there??

Uh oh 🙂
I actually get quite excited to open stuff that’s been lying around for ages.
I’ll be putting stuff in the loft in a couple of weeks when I have my 2 week annual leave so I’ll have to have a quick look inside!

Everything’s almost in its place! I have a couple of weeks off now, so I’m going to put a load of stuff up in the attic. Then it’ll be done 🙂

Ok, you do understand having a white iron twin bed is not inviting to the opposite sex? Really!!

It’s a rubbish bed but until I have a few hundred spare pounds for a nice new wooden one I’m stuck with it.

Ok , one question.
Have you considered or understand what is implied by a twin bed?
How it might appear to be uninviting to a guest that could possibly peek in there while visiting you? If that guest were checking you out or getting to know you as a future boyfriend.
I’m trying to be do appropriate when I really want to just say it!
It’s difficult for me to be PC.

Fortunately female guests are few and far between so I don’t need to worry about my rubbish bed 🙂
