Can you swim?
Yes, though I haven’t for a good long while.
If so, do you prefer a pool, river or the sea? If not, will you paddle or dip your toes?
A pool – I like to know what’s below me. Plus these days, with all the “emergency” sewage releases…
Did you have outings to the beach as a child?
Yes, lots. We’re surrounded by beaches.
Do you like candyfloss?
I can’t remember. I’m sure I must have had some but I’ve only ever seen it at fun fairs and I haven’t been to one of those since I was little.

Depending on the kind of people you’re swimming with, those emergency releases can happen in pools as well…

Candyfloss? I wonder if that’s what we call cotton candy here in the States. Floss immediately makes me think of dentists and dental decay, I can’t think of a more fitting name for cotton candy come to think of it! 😂

Yes, it’s called cotton candy in the US. I have a feeling that flossing with candyfloss wouldn’t be the best thing for your teeth, though 🙂

We prefurr the pool too, Granny doesn’t like to swim with creatures around her…we, on the other hand, wouldn’t mind at all🐟 We can’t imagine that anyone likes that sugar thingie. It’s to sweet and when it comes in your hair…well…then you have a big problem…MOL…Double Pawkisses for a Happy Sunday, Draliman🐾😽💞

Candyfloss comes in a plastic bag now with no stick, just in case you injure yourself!

Thanks for joining in. Living in a holiday resort, we have candy floss all year round and it comes in a variety of colours now, not just pink.

I expect it all tastes the same, though. Or are they different flavours?

The yellow is banana (not bad), the blue is raspberry (nothing like it) and the white is nothing at all!

I like to swim and I also like candy floss 😄 but now my taste has changed

I’m perfectly fine with swimming in a pool, but I’m scared of swimming in open water, where there’s a current!
