Sharing My World 12-01-2026
Here is my post for Share Your World, hosted by Di.
How would you describe your laughter? (giggly, deep, infectious? etc)
More of a brief “ha ha” or “heh”. Definitely never “giggly”.
What makes you smile?
All sorts of things. I had a good laugh out loud watching “Machete” yesterday though it’s not actually a comedy…
Have you ever cried with laughter, and if so, can you remember the circumstances?
Not that I recall.
Have you ever laughed at an inopportune moment?
Yes, usually in lectures back at university. Usually one of those silent laughter moments when you and friend keep setting each other off.

I have never watched Machete. Good movies and laughs are always a welcome here. Thanks for sharing,

Machete, I will keep an eye out for. It is amazing how with all of the new and emerging technologies. our homes have become theaters. So many good movies and so many options. I love the newest little movie projectors. Dinner and movies are now customized. Best regards.

Thanks for joining in again and sharing your world. I haven’t seen Machete either, but we’ve seen movies in the past that were a farce, though not intended to be.

Machete is a strange film. It was filmed a bit like a ridiculously violent B movie but at the same time has more Hollywood A-listers than pretty much any other film I’ve seen, all sharing the limelight. I think they all wanted to join in the fun!

Your inappropriate laughter story reminds me of when a certain young man would set behind me when we had company meetings and make jokes. It’s a good thing he was cute, I might have got mad. That was a long time ago, although, he’s still cute. 😉
