Sharing My World Week 39

Here is my post for Cee’s Share Your World.

Complete this sentence: I want to learn more about…
… life, the metaphysical vagaries of existence, existentialism, the mysterious phenomenon of the creation of being, the evolution of species, the…

no, wait, that’s not it. I want to learn more about chocolate. Mmm, chocolate.

On a vacation what you would require in any place that you sleep?
Somewhere softish to sleep would be good, but the main thing would be proper bathing and toilet facilities. Camping in a snug sleeping bag would be fine as long as there are shower facilities in the vicinity πŸ™‚

What is your greatest extravagance?
Tech stuff, I guess. Sometimes I have to hold myself back. Fortunately a lot of it is so expensive I won’t buy it, but I can be a sucker for it sometimes.

What inspired you this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
Good news! Erika from Dorky Mom Doodles has kindly supplied me with a link to a fully automated inspiration robot. So here is what inspired me this week:

“Don’t attempt to shrink what others find unshrinkable.”

Wise words indeed.

MOL…what you have with chocolate, I have with mousies…MOL πŸ˜€ Wise words about the shrinking too! Pawkisses for an easy Sunday πŸ™‚ ❀

You like your mousies! I’ll stick to chocolate, though πŸ™‚

    Yay, you’ve been inspired!

You’ve hit on the reason I’ve never gone camping in my life. I’d like not only shower facilities but toilet facilities as well thank you. In fact, it’s easier just to stay at home where I have both. πŸ˜€ — Suzanne

And there’s bugs and stuff as well 😦

  4. September 24, 2017 at 11:11 am

You could be inspired this week by changing the “shrink”, and “unshrinkable”, for any number of other combinations. I’ve already started on my list!

β€œDon’t attempt to shrink what others find unshrinkable.”

So true! To hell with this diet then!

    • September 24, 2017 at 5:01 pm

I’m glad those inspiring words have helped others!

I think the place I would need to sleep must also be clean and fresh and be free of bed bugs and any other creepy crawly creatures! LOL! Great answers!

  7. September 24, 2017 at 2:59 pm

Forget the existential stuff! Chocolate is always worth knowing more about.
    Indoor toilet a must! πŸ™‚

No way I’m gathering leaves and digging a hole…
      Chocolate rocks πŸ™‚

You and Garry. As far as he is concerned, the bathroom is THE ROOM. A nice bed is good, too. And no bugs.

    • September 25, 2017 at 6:44 am

      I don’t think I’m a “camping” sort of person πŸ™‚

I feel ya on the tech stuff. My husband always buys me tech stuff over jewelry, which other women find baffling, but that’s the quickest way to my heart. I got a pair of kick ass headphones for our wedding anniversary, way better than earrings πŸ˜€ And thanks for the mention!

    • September 26, 2017 at 11:39 am

You pulled me out of the fire on the “inspiration” question πŸ™‚
I’m glad you like your tech! Makes it easier on the poor gift-searching husband πŸ™‚

How’s the learning going? Chocolate will make all the other topics more digestible I’m sure. πŸ™‚

I’m making sure to sample as much chocolate as possible!
