Sharing My World 2017 Week 43

Here is my post for Cee’s Share Your World.

share-your-world2

If you had to move to a country besides the one you currently live in, where would you move and why?
Yoinks. I’m a bit worried that I have to leave. I wonder what I’ve done?

I would move to the Shire. Maybe not Hobbiton itself as that could be quite expensive, but I hear that burrows on the outskirts are a bit cheaper. As long as I’m not too close to Mordor, that would be fine!

What colour would you like your bedroom to be?
I don’t know. A soothing lavender perhaps? At the moment it’s, um, some sort of white/off-white and I suppose it’s wallpaper. I could go look I suppose. For some reason I don’t notice things like that.

What makes you Happy? Make a list of things in your life that bring you joy.
Hmm, Happy. With a capital “H” no less. That’s some serious happy. I like watching my toddler godson and his brother and sister playing. I tend to feel content rather than happy, or Happy. Walking in the woods, sitting by water and so on.

What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
Time for InspiroBot to do its thing again.

“Keep on maturing unless you want to be monitored.”

Yeah, no-one wants to be treated like a kid their whole life.

Ah, you’d go live with the hobbits huh. The only trouble is you might have to go around with your head bent all the time in your home. Good answers, Ali. 😀 — Suzanne

Oh no, I never thought of that. Gandalf had the same problem, as I recall. Still, it might be worth it, though 🙂

If that quote were true, I’m pretty sure I’d have about 500 adults monitoring every minute of my life right now…

We are watching Continuum. I didn’t know you could get a life sentence for too much debt! Being monitored is bad. Being turned into a zombie because you ran up your credit card bills is definitely worse. i think I’m going to stop doing ANYTHING. Someone might monitor me!

Continuum was a very cool series. Maybe things have gone full circle – not so long ago in this country being in debt meant debtors prison or deportation to Australia.

Hmmm, what have you done that you are being made to leave?
Moving to the Shire would definitely be the place to go! 🙂

It must have been pretty bad, but the Hobbits will take me in 🙂

Let me get this straight … you would move to a different country only if you were forced to do so? Oh c’mon – where’s your sense of adventure? 😉
When I hear ‘soothing lavender’, I think of the lovely scent rather than the colour.

Well, the question was “if you had to move…” 🙂
Maybe I could get scented paint? Though chemical lavender isn’t the best.

Haha – true. I should’ve read the question properly. 😉
Chemical lavender reminds me of scented markers! I’m almost sure the scent would be addictive.

At first, I thought you meant that your dad got a headache from reading questions carefully. 😉

Good luck in the Shire. Do you need a passport or visa to get there? And good luck with decorating the bedroom 😉 That inspiring quote is a good one – thought provoking anyway.

I don’t think they have much in the way of border control. I would, with Mordor and all 🙂
