Sharing My World 2018 Week 4

Here is my post for Cee’s Share Your World.

share-your-world2

List 2 things you have to be happy about.
I’m happy that I’ve bought a new fridge freezer! It’s both a fridge and a freezer, so that’s my 2 things. The freezer bit at the bottom has little drawers and everything!

Have you ever owned a rock, pet rock, or gem that is not jewellery?
I owned a pet quartz/flint cross as a kid but one day I left the garden gate open and it got run over.

Very sad.

Are you a hugger or a non-hugger?
I hug back πŸ™‚

What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
I spent the day last Sunday with my godson on his fourth birthday (which I mentioned in last week’s SYW post). He and his little friends had a bouncy castle, ball pit and so on in the morning and then he had a birthday tea in the evening. Judging by his face he had a great time the entire day πŸ™‚

I am very sorry for the loss of your rock. The car must have missed the possum…

R I P “Rocky.” But if you had cold winters like we do, your rock would rise again. the frost we push it out of the ground. this is a constant grief to farmers, but it’s great for kids who lose their pet rocks in the earth. πŸ™‚

Congrats on your new fridge/freezer! And sorry for the loss of your pet rock. 😒 There’s just nothing you can do to protect the ones that bolt out the garden gate the first chance they get.

I want one of those fridges with the freezer on the bottom, too, it makes so much more sense that way!

It does! I go in the fridge more often and now there’s no more of that constant “bending down” nonsense.
I hate chucking stuff that’s still working, but my old one was at least 15 years old (I’m the third owner) and it was very noisy and probably incredibly inefficient.

I want my next fridge to have the freezer on the bottom. That seems much easier on the body – my parents had that sort.
Glad you had a good time with your godson. Bouncy castle age is cute πŸ™‚

I didn’t really think about it in the shop but it is much better. Everything is at easy grabbing height πŸ™‚
His birthday party was a lot of fun (though I spent a lot of time chasing balls from the ball pit)!
