Sharing My World 2018 Week 4
Here is my post for Cee’s Share Your World.
List 2 things you have to be happy about.
I’m happy that I’ve bought a new fridge freezer! It’s both a fridge and a freezer, so that’s my 2 things. The freezer bit at the bottom has little drawers and everything!
Have you ever owned a rock, pet rock, or gem that is not jewellery?
I owned a pet quartz/flint cross as a kid but one day I left the garden gate open and it got run over.
Very sad.
Are you a hugger or a non-hugger?
I hug back π
What inspired you or what did you appreciate this past week? Feel free to use a quote, a photo, a story, or even a combination.
I spent the day last Sunday with my godson on his fourth birthday (which I mentioned in last week’s SYW post). He and his little friends had a bouncy castle, ball pit and so on in the morning and then he had a birthday tea in the evening. Judging by his face he had a great time the entire day π

I am very sorry for the loss of your rock. The car must have missed the possum…

R I P “Rocky.” But if you had cold winters like we do, your rock would rise again. the frost we push it out of the ground. this is a constant grief to farmers, but it’s great for kids who lose their pet rocks in the earth. π

Oh, typos! The frost will push it (or lift it, if you prefer…) Frost bubbles roads and sidewalks, too. π¦

That’s pretty cold to do that.

Congrats on your new fridge/freezer! And sorry for the loss of your pet rock. π’ Thereβs just nothing you can do to protect the ones that bolt out the garden gate the first chance they get.

I want one of those fridges with the freezer on the bottom, too, it makes so much more sense that way!

It does! I go in the fridge more often and now there’s no more of that constant “bending down” nonsense.
I hate chucking stuff that’s still working, but my old one was at least 15 years old (I’m the third owner) and it was very noisy and probably incredibly inefficient.

I want my next fridge to have the freezer on the bottom. That seems much easier on the body – my parents had that sort.
Glad you had a good time with your godson. Bouncy castle age is cute π

I didn’t really think about it in the shop but it is much better. Everything is at easy grabbing height π
His birthday party was a lot of fun (though I spent a lot of time chasing balls from the ball pit)!
