Sharing My World 13-05-2019
Here is my post for Melanie’s Share Your World.
What social stigma does society need to get over already?
How can I pick just one? There are so many. Not talking about stuff just makes it worse, turns it into something mysterious, misunderstood. So, all of them, please.
What was the last photo you took?
It was this one, some of my new plants. I’m tidying the garden and replacing plants and bushes which have passed away 🙂
When was the last time you snooped and found something or found out something you wish you hadn’t?
I don’t even remember the last time I snooped. I have access to a lot of information at work and it’s best not to get tempted by things. That way madness lies! And sudden unemployment.
What’s the most comfortable bed or chair you’ve ever slept in?
While I can’t remember every bed I’ve ever slept in, my current bed is pretty good. Not too hard, not too soft. I’m a bit like Goldilocks in that regard. Hard beds are just uncomfortable. Very soft beds lead to waking up with a sore back and a stiff neck.

Good answers, Ali. I’m not in a position these days to snoop. It’s easier though as you become invisible at a certain age. At the hospital, they put me in a wheelchair one time and just “parked” me like a piece of furniture. Ah, old age. —- Suzanne

How lovely. I hope they eventually remembered where they’d parked you.

Oh no! My condolences on the loss of some of your plants and bushes. I do hope you can find the strength to carry on despite their sudden and tragic deaths….

I love how you described your dead plants as having “passed away.” Lol I have a few of those kind of plants but I keep hoping they will resurrect.

I have one like that. It had its day during last year’s long dry spell but I keep watering it, sure I can see a bit of green here and there…

Yeap, careful with snooping. Ecuador is no longer to be trusted. Putin might become your only hope.

Yes, shame on them. Hah!
I wouldn’t want to have to throw myself on Putin’s mercy.

What is the red flowered plant?

I’m not sure I left the tag on but I’ll comment again if I did and remember to check. The red is actually new growth of leaves.

Hi Roger, the plant is a Pieris Mountain Fire.

Thanks! I am beginning a bird garden. I looked very bird friendly, but I will have to see if it likes my neighborhood?

I have some passed away plants too and we will be cutting them down soon.
I’m glad you don’t snoop. I hate snoopers, gossips, backbiters, and frauds. Too bad the world is so full of them.

Everywhere you look. It’s like all these “celebrity” shows and social media make people think they have a right to know everything about everyone.

I agree that snooping isn’t the wisest choice of activity and I’m glad you’re not tempted in that direction – especially in your line of work, as you say. Lol. (I have visions of firing squads at dawn!) It’s always nice to see a a few new plants and shrubs in the garden, even if others don’t die off. – and I totally agree with your choice of bed /mattress type. Seep soundly tonight, Draliman. 😀
