How would you describe peanut butter to someone who didn’t know what it was?
Some sort of brown muck. I’ve never risked it so I can’t really comment on the taste. Except to say that I don’t like peanuts so potentially I wouldn’t like it.
Why does an octopus squirt ink?
Who knows why octopuses do anything. They’re a right old mystery and no mistake. Best just to let them get on with it.
Who are two of today’s greatest entertainers in your opinion? (can be actors, musicians, singers etc)
Ooh, those funny people. The double act. You know the ones. With that joke they do. About that thing. You know. That funny thing.

I know. I’ve never understood why. Then I tried it myself it, thought it was spectacular. Nothing! With jelly – even worse.
We don’t have it here. Interestingly, I tried it first in high school, at a friend’s whose cousins had brought it from Bosnia, which was a donation from the States during the war. They didn’t want to throw it away, hoped we might like it.

We didn’t have it here when I was a kid, as far as I know. We hardly even got American TV let alone American sandwich fillers.

We had everything American, expect food, but I’m talking about the 70s and 80s. Judging by the films, it all started in the 60s with records and jeans.

Thanks, Alistair for Sharing Your World. I know EXACTLY who you mean. Them one guys…. You know I saw them perform once. They weren’t bad in person, but the TV version was better… 😉 Peanut butter might be an acquired taste, and yes, if you don’t like peanuts in the first place, well I’d avoid peanut butter. Think peanuts. Concentrated. My own thoughts on the octopus (I was corrected and told SQUID squirt ink) were that they are very very shy. In fact they’re the mascot for the introversion society over here. Have a great week!

Peanut butter’s definitely not all that. And if it isn’t crunchy (with bits of un-vaporized peanuts mixed in), then it’s good for nothing but mouth concrete.

I’m guessing so, I’d never heard of it as a kid and I don’t know anyone who has ever eaten it, though you can get it in supermarkets.
