Sharing My World Week 47

Welcome to a special edition of Cee’s Share Your World this week! Instead of four questions to answer, this week we’re asked to list at least 50 things that we enjoy.

Fifty?

I’m not doing this challenge so didn’t have to come up with 50 things, but if I had I might also have listed Jar Jar Binks. We once had a dog by that name.

I’m a big fan! I saw them live in Germany in 91, which was great. My range of music is everything from Abba to Iron Maiden.

No comments on Jar Jar? 🙂

That must have been one helluva concert 😀 I knew you said you liked different music, but something you said on one of my music posts got me thinking that metal wasn’t in there. At least I think it was you. 🙂

        #45 is pretty great too!

Ali, I would guess you really, really like Jar Jar Binks. I would also guess you lead a good life. The internet isn’t as fast here. It’s probably a combination of my little laptop (smaller than the regular size and perchased by a relative for me. He didn’t think I’d probably be doing anything but email–wrong. I paid for it but he picked it out.) and the electricity going on and off at odd times and messing up cable service. My daughter used two words for it–poor infrastructure. In other words, she said what did I expect, I’m in India. 🙂 — Susan

We don’t have amazing infrastructure here but I’m lucky that although I get abysmal mobile service in the village they did get around to installing fibre optic broadband. Being able to stream HD programmes is great!
I do think Jar Jar is funny, though I put him in multiple times as a sort of joke 🙂

You have simple tastes, and are obviously easy to please. Love some of your choices – especially the beautiful scenery, babbling brook, summer and winter walks. Nothing gets better than that.

Yes, I’m easy to please! A nice walk by a babbling brook, then back home to a warm fire and pizza 🙂

I had to look up Jar Jar Binks. I could have (excluding Jar Jar) copied and pasted your list and with a few minor changes (very minor), could have used it as mine.

I’m thinking maybe one of your minor changes would be to remove the Marmite 🙂
People either love Jar Jar or hate him with a passion.

Brilliant insight into a Jar Jar groupie. You have a very beautiful mind Dr Ali. Anyone who has found peace and quiet and has lots of puppies on a roll and one who dresses like a pirate and has little cats who own it all and babbling brooks has truly found the meaning of life in my book!

Jar Jar does have that certain something that Star Wars has always been lacking 🙂

Great list and I hope Jar Jar appreciates being included so many times. 🙂 Very glad to know you like your job – it’s awful when you don’t. This is a list of things to be thankful for as well as to enjoy.

England is the only place you’ll get “proper” fish and chips 🙂
A lot of the food you post looks scrumptious. I think after a while I would miss the occasional fish and chips, though.
